The exquisite workmanship to produce the product makes it tarnish-resistant and hypoallergenic at an affordable price.
All our pieces of jewelry are tarnish-resistant with normal use. It may still wear off with a lot of abrasion or constant rubbing on hard surfaces but not with exposure to water or sweat. We sell two kinds of materials. First are the stainless steel 18K gold plated using the PVD method or Physical Vapor Deposition. PVD coating is so durable because it is taking the material down to its atomic structure and rebuilds it as it applies itself to the parts. The use of titanium nitride in the process gives great durability and corrosion resistance. The second material is made of copper coated with 24K alluvial gold or sand gold using sandblasting polishing. Alluvial gold is formed by water over time in beds of river or streams. It is a raw gold product which makes it cost-effective for making jewelry. The hardness of sand gold is higher than that of gold. It will fade over time but it will retain its gold color. It will only be lighter over time.
